UK Delivery

Prints will be delivered via UPS tracked and signed for service. We aim to dispatch your prints within 7 working days of your order being placed, however please bear in mind at certain times it could take up to 14 days, but we will alert you of this is the case. Please note, we cannot be responsible for orders once they have been signed for (confirming delivery via our couriers) at the given address.

Exhibition catalogues will be sent via Royal Mail first class post

International Delivery

Prints will be delivered via UPS tracked and signed for service. We aim to dispatch your prints within 7 working days of your order being placed, however please bear in mind at certain times it could take up to 14 days, but we will alert you of this is the case. UPS International delivery can take anything form 1 to 7 days, depending on destination and does not cover any potential charge at customs. We cannot account for customs delays at destination countries.

Payment / Order Confirmation

You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you place an order, which includes all your order details. If there are any issues with your order, for example a delay in normal despatch times, an out of stock item or a payment issue, we will contact you straightaway. You will get email confirmation of print shipments with a trackable UPS number.

Returns

All prints are carefully checked and packaged before despatching. In the very unlikely case of them arriving damaged please get in touch with us, quoting your order details and including a description and photos of the damage, and we will process a refund, or arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you, whichever option you prefer. Due to the careful nature in which prints have to be handled and packaged, we do not accept returns on undamaged goods. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will always try to find an equitable solution so please get in touch.

Cancellation Rights

Should you change your mind, you can cancel your order at any point before despatch, however once orders have been shipped they cannot be cancelled. We advise that you check your order upon receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected
